STRONGWOMEN STRENGTH FEATS CERTIFICATIONS

For hundreds of years women have been showing their strength off.  In times gone by this would have been at circuses and fairs or in vaudeville shows, now we have modern strongwomen lifting logs and loading stones. These certifications are designed for strongwomen looking for targets to achieve and a sense of satisfaction – it’s also a great way of rating your own abilities, and climbing a ladder if you can’t make competitions.

Video footage will be required, but this is easy in this day and age. Please contact for details.
Come and have a go!

GRIP STRENGTH FEATS

All claims should be accompanied with a video (Youtube, or disc sent to me, etc) unless it was done in a ratified contest. The video should show the full feat of strength. I reserve the right to fail any claim if I do not think it has passed all the criteria.

Only chalk is permitted as a grip aid, and no wrist or elbow wraps are allowed.
