Yeah shame about the straps!
Great overall strength, but it's a shame straps were involved.
Consistency is key!

Just to add to the topic: now I train with Ironmind R-ring, that's a 6" outer diameter ring, 16 mm thick, with a sloppy Ironmind official coating :lol:
I suppose it is replica of a small stone ring.
My best result is 180 kg (175 + loading pin and ring). After Moscow Iron Grip XIV, I was pestering 'already the winner' Alexander Asinovsky to try this ring.
That badass mofo lifted 205 kg)) So, my next goals are 205 kg, and then 230 kg. Even though the bar is very thin, it beats all the crap out of fingers and forearms.
