... but felt hard enough for now!

'Binks Stones' in Amulet Vineyard, near Beechworth, Victoria in Australia. Named after Billy Binks who is an older guy who I think was an international level HG competitor in his prime in the 70s/80s

105kg in the left hand and 155kg in the right hand.

Just got back from a Trip to Beechworth and an Attempt of the Binks Stone's. I was happy to get some air under the Stone's but still not the best Attempt. The Large Stone was very Hard to hold onto and broke My Grip not long after I lifted it. I will start Training with the Dinnie Ring's and some other thing's Me and James are going to work on and make a better Attempt Later. Video : http://youtu.be/16CpGi8j2Os

Jarrod, did you try them in the straddle position that most people use to lift the Dinnies?

No only the Suitcase position. I have Trained the Dinnie Replica's with Straddle and will try this when I go for another Attempt in a Few Month's after I Train for it.

Like a big stupid mouse returning for another nibble at a bit of cheese on a mousetrap... I was back at Amulet competition and had another crack at the binks stone walk.

Saw them weighted on the day at 102/151kg. I managed 3m which I was delighted with. I tried to lap them (after reading about that in relation to the dinnies). I managed the small one but never got anywhere with the big one.

I won't admit defeat on the big on just yet but I would have to focus hard on that as a goal to have any real chance at it.
